This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms for payments and refunds at reportcastry, an Australian-based provider of training in expressive on-camera storytelling, narrative reporting techniques, and creative broadcast journalism for aspiring TV correspondents.

Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid in full prior to course commencement. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other options as specified at checkout. Payments are processed securely in Australian dollars.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only in cases of course cancellation by reportcastry. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after course start date or for partial attendance. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to within 14 days of payment for pre-commencement cancellations.

Cancellation by Provider

In the event reportcastry cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
